Cramps & back ache - Good sign or AF?

Hi everyone!

Promised myself I wouldn’t symptom spot this month but here I am!

Basically yesterday I had period like cramps (not full on cramps just like the start of a period) and back ache. Initially thought if was AF coming early (due on Monday) but I’ve woke up this morning with no AF and cramps and back ache have completely gone?

Any ideas what this could mean? X

My wife and I are trying to convince!!!
I am 13dpo and I am feeling bloated and nauseous as well as back pain. I am also slightly crampy.
My Period is two days away and I can't help to think maybe i am just getting it early...
Is it possible I am having pregnancy symptoms? Or am I having early period pains?
My wife's birthday is in 3days and a Positive test would be the perfect gift!!!!!
Should I wait to test or should I test tomorrow morning?
HELP!!!!
