I came off the pill November. Thanks to an over proactive doctor who I asked to do a vit d blood test I know on 4.12.17 I had low progesterone.
I just came across Nicola Jardim who says Estrogen and progesterone imbalance can be helped by taking magnesium but she didn’t say how much. Already taking pregnacare and don’t want to overdose! Does anyone know? Thank you
Keen to try it as I had a progesterone imbalance before going on the pill which was investigated at the time and put down to stress.
