One day positive next day negative same time how is this possible

Unless it's very very early and your hormones are fluctuating slightly, or the second lot of urine was more diluted, I would guess a chemical pregnancy

How many days late are you? I know you say the same time of day, but was it first thing or later in the day? If it was later your urine might be more diluted than the day before- perhaps you have drunk more etc. (Assuming you are very early on).

Sadly it may also be a chemical pregnancy. I know it's hard (and I see from your other thread you have been trying such a long time), but if you can wait and try again in a few days time that might give you some answers.

Remember also that the digital test typically need a higher level of hcg to show a positive result than the line ones.
