Where is my period?

Its decided not to show up this month...

Not sure if this is the right plave to post as I'm not trying to get pregnant, but I'm starting to get a bit concerned. I have a coil so know its unlikely.

Not sure exactly when i was meant to be due, phone crashed and lost all my period data, but remember noticing that I was meant to be 'on' over new year, so its definitely 3 days late, if not slightly more.

Took a test a couple of days ago which was negative, it was a tesco own brand digital test that I keep for emergencies, took a while to come up but said negative.

No signs that my period is about to start, normally get sore stomach and grumpy just before, but none of that yet.

What else could cause this? I'm inclined to believe the negative test because it was taken after ny perood was due, so would have shown positive by then if I was.

How late my have you had the coil and is it the mirena?

Ive had the coil for just under a year I think, its my second one. Not mirena, the copper one.

I was 18 days late for my last period - I stressed for those 18 days (and took numerous pregnancy tests) but eventually AF came. No idea why it was so late but sometimes you can miss/skip a cycle for no apprarent reason!
