Confused!

New to this website, so not too sure how this works but would just love a bit of advice. Sorry for the long story:

My last period was due around 16th dec. I was around 11 days late for my next period when I started to spot. I had been in pain with my left side from 1 week after ovulation. The pain had gotten worse and bleeding had gotten very heavy with clots (sorry tmi) so I made an appointment with my G.P.

Dr confirmed the most likely answer was an early miscarriage. So they would send me for a scan in two weeks just to confirm everything is gone and there are no issues. It’s now 1 week since the doctors appointment and the bleeding only lasted 4 days (usual period 7-9 days). I am so confused because now I have more pregnancy symptoms (nausea and sore breasts) than when my period was late.

Has anyone else experienced this? To be told I’d most likely had an early miscarriage to now feeling pregnant. I am so confused!

You can take a test?

Did you ever actually take a pregnancy test?

Nausea and sore breasts don't really mean anything by themselves. They are both common symptoms of PMT/mild hormonal imbalance.
