Triphasic chart - pregnant or myth?

FF told me this morning that my chart was possibly triphasic from cd23/8dpo (now 11dpo & bfn on IC this morning) so I obviously started googling.

Apparently you're 3 times more likely to be pg with a triphasic chart than not pg with a triphasic chart. But 88% of pregnancy charts aren't triphasic!

What does anyone think? Has anyone been pg & had a triphasic chart or not?

I had one triphasic chart. Not pregnant...

How long are your cycles generally? Your chart is very 'peaky'. Do you take your temp at the same time? Do you temp orally??

sophherts · 02/01/2018 13:14

@physicskate normally 30 days but had one that was 25 days after a mc in September. I try to temp at the same time each day orally or when I first wake up but I'm an awful sleeper so I often toss and turn in the mornings.

Has anyone else got experience of triphasic charts?

My first triphasic chart was pregnancy! However unfortunately, some triphasic charts aren’t pregnancy, and some biphasic charts are. Just a waiting game sadly but the chart looks good!
