10 days, HCG and -ve result

I had unprotected sex 10 days ago.
Since then, I’ve had light brown bleeding, couple days of mild cramps and now since Saturday, very sore boobs.

My cycles are very messed up

My cycles are very messed up due to being on the pill so I have no idea when my last period was or when one should be due.

I did an early detection pregnancy test today which was negative.
Surely if I had sore boobs etc I would have enough hcg to show on a urine test?
Very confused - is 10 days post sex too early to show on a test if I have symptoms?

You need to really wait at least 2 weeks after dtd. Don't forget that pregnancy symptoms are mostly the same as the symptoms of your period.

So it’s likely these feelings are period related?
Seems odd if they were pregnancy related that the test would be negative
