78th day of no period....

As the title suggests, I haven't had a period since the 18th October. I came off cerazette at the start of June and have had irregular cycles since but this is by far the longest.

DH and I are TTC and I last took a pregnancy test at the start of December so I'm fairly confident I'm not pregnant (we were both sick after that and didn't have any inclination to DTD).

We finally DTD on 26th and 27th December and yesterday I had really sore breasts and some cramps and EWCM in the morning for the first time in a long time, but we only managed to DTD late last night. Im mildly cramping this morning and have watery CM. These long cycles are so confusing! Is there a chance we might've caught ovulation this month? How long should I wait before testing?

Oh dear! Bad spots outbreaks can be a sign. I was googling yesterday as I suddenly have spots again but like with everything else it could be a pms thing too.

Wouldn’t it be nice if something definite happened like the minute that egg was fertilised it went blue down there or something lol

AF due anytime from tomorrow now. Just going from 14 days after LH surge as no idea what natural cycle is like yet. No signs of it yet. DP asked me yesterday ‘do you feel pregnant’. Wtf are you supposed to say to that lol.

Been using OPK since CD8 and got my first positive OPK late last night and early this morning CD15!

My skin is really bad on my chin! It's been like this since I stopped the pill 2 months ago! It's awful I feel like a spotty teenager not a 28 year old adult! Xoxo

SpadesOfGlory · 08/02/2018 09:36

Lol after last weekend's antics DH turned to me and was like "Well are you pregnant yet?" Hmm Grin pretty sure he hasn't got a clue how it all works still, even though I've tried to explain basic biology to him several times! Haha turning blue down there would be really handy!

@gossipgirl28 when I came off the pill initially I broke out in the WORST spots of my life for at least a month! It was horrible, but after that my skin seemed to settle and I've had very few spots at all until yesterday!

I too am in the zitty club! One on my neck, chin and top lip. Not normal for me as I'm usually alright on that front.
DH is worried about me using pregnancy tests as he doesn't want me to get depressed about it. I told him it's more 'peace of mind' that I'm not pregnant so I can rule out any weird aches and cramps.
I've been very burpy today, tits are still like used punchbags and my sleep is getting disturbed too.. I keep waking up really panicky. I take citalopram from anxiety but this is very different, I wake up and my heart feels quite fast. Very strange. Also had achey back but I drove up to Scotland and back so 4 hours in a car might explain that.
I hate all this second guessing but I'm so glad we have this thread, it's nice to vent to people to understand. xxx

SpadesOfGlory · 08/02/2018 16:25

I've had two regular patients today tell me I'm glowing...! If only I could get my hopes up that we have managed it this month but I have literally no other symptoms of either AF or pregnancy Confused

CM dry as a bone and boobs feel normal. Still crampy though and a bit sniffly (But that's probably due to freezing my arse of on a winter UK city break) lol. Ovia says 7 days till i can POAS!

I agree, this thread is a lifesaver! Keeping my Fx for all of you.

Woke up in the middle of the night due to nausea & weird cramps. Couldn't get back to sleep at all.... Then of course felt tired & grumpy all day at work due to lack of sleep although nausea & cramps had gone.

Can't get any hopes up with any symptoms though as I've thought af was DEFINITELY on her way multiple times in the last few months & I'm clearly still here :D

LifeOfRiley63 · 08/02/2018 18:38

Snap @tinyradish!
So hard not to get your hopes up at every single symptom! Xx

Tinker315b · 09/02/2018 10:31

@LifeOfRiley63 Any news with you yet? x

LifeOfRiley63 · 09/02/2018 11:36

Frig all @Tinker315b Sad
CD112 and still nothing.
Boobs are really aching this week too Sad

Karigan1 · 09/02/2018 12:12

It’ll come Riley. Can you go back to your dr to see if they can help. It can’t be much longer!

LifeOfRiley63 · 09/02/2018 13:11

@Karigan1 I've mentioned in twice now and they are useless. They just keep saying be patient, they won't do anything with me until it gets to October 2018 Sad

Karigan1 · 09/02/2018 13:36

October??? That’s ridiculous. I think you need a new dr.

tinyradish · 09/02/2018 13:57

October IS ridiculous! What the hell. Is it always the same Dr you see lifeofriley - could you see a different one (maybe a female gp?) hope something happens soon so you don't actually have to go back x

tinyradish · 09/02/2018 13:58

If I get to CD100 (so a week more) I'm going to try the Dr too although doesn't sound like they'll be able to help much anyway :/

LifeOfRiley63 · 09/02/2018 14:16

I've had two different Doctors. 1 was my regular female Doctor but this was at 6 weeks so I agreed it was early to be worrying. But I saw a different female Dr more recently and she said the same.
Hence why I'm enormously jealous of others being offered them up front.
There is a group called Yorkshire Fertility who have said I can self-refer for an appointment and tests (and are NHS funded). So I think I might look into them.
I am overweight so I am trying to lose weight as-well.

gossipgirl28 · 09/02/2018 14:34

That is out of order! I understand it's a year before they do anything when your TTC but surely they could do something about getting your periods again!
I'd try a different surgery and see what they say xoxo

Tinker315b · 09/02/2018 17:30

@LifeOfRiley63 It’s soo upsetting I think! All of this week I have had milk cramps and sore boobs also, and not a thing with me either! I’ve the doctors next week I will let you know what they say. Xx

Tinker315b · 09/02/2018 17:33

That is absolute ludicrous!!! I have read so many different places that the doctor will prescribe Provera to induce your period, the doctor shouldn’t be bruising you off like that and make you wait. I also would change surgeries and demand it’s sorted and that your ttc and want it sorted now!!

Karigan1 · 09/02/2018 19:02

Yeah I agree with everything Tink says!

Karigan1 · 09/02/2018 20:13

Feeling very p### off at the way my body’s mucks around. I know this isn’t my month as starting to see little signs of AF already but boobs seriously hurt and just got really bad nausea. Don’t believe for one moment I’m pregnant as I know Af is coming so why is it doing this to me!!!! Grrr

Tinker315b · 09/02/2018 20:22

Sorry my spelling is terrible... stupid auto correct! Not fair what is women have to go through 😔 I hate getting my hopes up and then feeling soo let down again, and not being able to control it!

LifeOfRiley63 · 09/02/2018 22:24

Do you know what ladies? At least with all of this s##t we can have a big bloody gin!! Gin

gossipgirl28 · 09/02/2018 23:18

@LifeOfRiley63 very true!!!
Us ladies deffo go through more!

I'm now on the 2 week wait but I have no hope as this is the first cycle and I'm feeling a bit negative as I'm not sure my cycle will be regular xx

SpadesOfGlory · 10/02/2018 09:30

Did you enjoy your gin Riley? Grin

Might indulge in one or two tonight myself. I have zero symptoms today. Nada! I'm praying for sore boobs cause I was so optimistic we DTD at the correct times this month. 7dpo today so thought I might've had some sort of signs if I was pregnant.
