Hi all

For past 2 days I’m feeling some mild cramping I left side where my ovary would be. I had my last period start on 19th December. I stopped the pill mid November so could it be ovulation that is just a little more noticeable as I haven’t really ovulated in long? Trying to conceive and we have had sex 2 days ago and today so fingers crossed I could be hitting ovulation with my timing?

I get ovulation pains some months on one side or the other! The easiest way to figure it out is with an OPK as that will tell you when your hormones are gearing up to ovulate.

Sounds to me like ovulation pangs. They last maybe up to about 6 hours I find. And you only Ov from one ovary a month on an alternate basis, so this would ring true. Fx you've caught your fertile window!
