Feel like I'm too old

I'm 39 and had a MMC in June. Been trying since then to get pregnant and it isn't happening. I'm so afraid that my biological clock is ticking too fast and it won't be possible. I'm really starting to fret that even if I got pregnant right now, I'd be over 40 when giving birth. Have given myself until February and then I will go to the doctor to see what's going on. Periods are exactly 24 days, all the time.
Has anyone any advice?

Hey

So sorry to hear about your mmc. I know your pain Sad I'm 40 and ttc #2. I've had 2 mc's and been trying since May '16.

Do you track your cycles at all with opk and/or bbt? Do you know when you ovulate and how long your luteal phase is? Taking your bbt can be really helpful to pin point when you're ovulating and see how long your luteal phase is. A short luteal phase may be a problem (anything less than 10 days).

Some find opk and bbt adds to the stress of ttc, but I find it really reassuring and like to know where I'm at in my cycle.

Wishing you the best of luck and hope you get your bfp very soon x
