Pregnacare conception duo - does it work?

Hey, just looking for some advice! I had an mmc at 12 weeks in July and we've been ttc since with no luck. We've started takinb pregnacare conception duo for the last week or so since my last AF and just wondered if anyone had any info for me?

Well, what do you mean "work"? It's a vitamin, it works in that it delivers a dose of various vitamins into your body. However, evidence that vitamin supplementation does anything at all positive for health in the absence of a diagnosed deficiency, much less helps you conceive, is extremely thin on the ground.

It means you're complying with guidelines around folic acid supplementation though, so that is good.
