Evening primrose

Has anyone tried evening primrose to help cervical mucus? Since my ectopic I don't see to be as wet anymore ..

Hi I had an ectopic and have been taking evening primrose oil. It does seem to have improved things xx

Thank you do you take it every day of your cycle or up to ovulation? I'll nip into Holland and Barrett tomorrow. How long ago was your ectopic x

Yes I'm using it and it definitely does help improving cm.

Someone recommended star flower oil to me which has more gla than epo, but I personally didn't find it helped much with cm.

I’ve been taking it every day, I’m hoping for a bfp in the morning so will stop if it’s positive 😁

I take it up to ovulation then stop until cd1 x

Yea I use it up til ovulation! Not sure it's helped but anything is worth a try! Apparently grapefruit juice and cough syrup do the job too.

I read evening primrose was good for conceiving a boy so I've been taking it xx
