Spotting week before AF then nothing for 7 days

Last week I had mild cramps, checked and I had some pink spotting on TP with CM. Thought it was AF coming early so used a tampon. Next morning just small amount of brown blood and CM on tampon. Nothing for the past 6 days aside from mild cramps like AF is going to show any minute but no appearance.

AF is due now and serval negative hpt’s. I started b-complex this month. I’m not ttc so I dont think I DTD around ovulation unless the vitamins have somehow changed the date it was supposed to happen which I have nowread they can. My partner was away for 10 days during the time I was supposed to ovulate so I didn’t bother confirming with tests.

Anyone else have strange bleeds like this while getting negative test? Should I count it as a very strange AF?

I'm in the exact same boat, everything you have just said is happening to me aswell. I'm so confused:( x

It's so confusing, isn't it?

I'm actually beginning to think that it was a delayed ovulation and an ovulation bleed. This has never happened to me but I read b-complex can cause it.

Means AF is probably going to be later than I thought. Just have to wait it out.
