Teeth whitening whilst ttc

Just received my teeth whitening pack from my dentist and she advised that it's not safe if you're pregnant. Active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide and we are ttc from this month (although have probably missed the best day) and teeth whitening is due to start in about 10 days for 2 weeks.
Should I pause ttc?

If it’s a two week treatment, can you time it to start the day after your period? That way you won’t be worried about early pregnancy and will be done in time for ovulation.

Good thought thanks. The treatment can last for 5 weeks so I guess we will just see!
