Just how sensitive is FRER?

Anyone know the sensitivity of FRER?

I have seen people saying between 5 and 12.5 online so not sure which it is.

I got a pack of FRER on Amazon which alao included 2 of the One Step early test that work at 10.

I don't know which would show a positive first though, don't want to waste the FRER tests!

I read some research which found FRERs reacting to 6.25. Having said that, the concentrations of beta hCG go up so dramatically at this stage that you could just wait an extra day or two and things should def come up.

Yes I read that too JoJoSM2 but then I have also seen other places saying it is 12.5 so wasn't sure. I am fed up of waiting I feel like my sanity is gone lol

A frer would always show before an IC in my experiences
I've had a 3 bfp's at 9dpo on a frer that don't show until atleast about 12dpo on a IC and even then it's so faint. How many dpo are you? Xx

I'm only 8DPO was planning to test tomorrow as FRER say 6 days early. I did test today though because I am too damn impatient and got a BFN. I knew I shouldn't have done it and would be disappointment. My period is due Christmas day and I don't want it to spoil my day so wanted to test early, I know I won't be able to resist testing if I don't get either a BNP or AF by Christmas morning though. TTC is making me insane, I wasn't like this before but since our loss TTC is all I can think about.

I read today on their website it is accurate 5 days before your period

I bought the amazon ones and got a very faint positive on a FRER on 10 dpo, the cheap ones only came up positive about 3 days later, maybe even 4. Good luck!

Hey OP-very sensitive. This was my progression from 7DPO to 20DPO if this helps?

I wound up doing a lot of tests while TTC and FRERs were by far the best for early testing with FMU.
