Hi- my first thread- just wanted to ask how people had got on taking Metformin for PCOS? My doctor has put me on it 6 weeks ago and still no periods (came off the pill April). I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 9 (now 24)and used to take it before going on the pill but the Metformin doesn’t seem to have helped this time around- am I being too impatient! She says if no luck after 8 weeks to go back and she might try something else? Thanks :)
