Regular day 22 spotting

Hi everyone...

Im heading towards the end if my tww and I've had light spotting again. Started fresh red on wiping this morning then brown staining over the day. I know all the Dr google results say implantation bleeding is a probably cause but looking back over the year of tracking I seem to regularly get spotting on or around a week before I'm due on then I'm pretty clockwork with AF.
Does anyone else get this?!!
The one and only time I got pregnant i still had a period (ectopic) so I'm totally confused :(

Hi @Sammyclaire22 how long is your cycle? I get spotting in lead up. Usually 2-3 days before - occasionally 4 days before then goes away until 2 days then slowly builds. So for me occasionally on CD23 then usually from CD25 until period starts on CD 28 (27 day cycle). X

Usually about 27 days so I spot/stain for a few days a week early ish then nothing then I come on heavily day 1. Which is rubbish as that seems to be prime implantation symptoms til AF so each time I obsess over it!
Good to know someone else does though as all Dr google says is ovulation (too late for that) or implantation and I know most months it's neither.
