Can a BFN be wrong at 19 DPO? Any stories?

Has anyone else experienced this:

I’m a mother of one and now I have the EXACT same symptoms I had when I was pregnant before.

I’ve missed my period (by a week so far). My boobs are absolutely huge and look and feel like somebody’s pumped them up with a bicycle pump. I’m nauseous and “gassy”. Super tired (suddenly I’m going to bed at 10pm when usually I’m the up-until-2-am type.

Almost all food I normally eat is making me feel sick just to look at it or smell it. Mood swings and feeling emotionally fragile.

But…I just did a ClearBlue home pregnancy test and it’s negative.

I have a 28 day menstrual cycle that’s regular as clockwork. I had unprotected sex on day 14. The only other time in my life I missed a period was when I was pregnant before.

But surely if I am pregnant the ClearBlue test would have picked it up by now?

If I’m really NOT pregnant, does this sound like it could be something awful, like cancer?

Do you definitely know when you ovulated? I only ask because like you, my cycles have always been 28 days like clockwork and ovulated every cycle on day 14. Then one month I ovulated almost a week late for no reason and my period was very late as a consequence
