Light period

Had a light period that lasted 1 day then spotting which was the 1st now for the past week I've been sick almost every day back ache and cramps and fatigue no sore boobs or increased discharge don't think it's pregnancy any ideas?

My periods have been fine for months but this one isn't starting properly. Ive been spotting past 3 days.

Internet cheapy says BFN but no period. I'm sure I ovulated 15 days ago as I had bad cramping on the day and my fitbit RHR went up. It's back down so I'm expecting period but it's frightening light :(

I took one 2 days before period started and was negative I may pick one up later.bit weary as had ectopic in june x

I'm 5 days late and testing negative. So frustrating as I just want af to arrive so I know I'm out this month. I have really bad nausea but thinking it's just my mind playing tricks on me. Feel like crap and just want to be out of this limbo!!!

Can evening primrose oil thin your lining? I took this until ovulation this month and as I'm sure I ovulated the only other thing I can think is that something has thinned my lining so the period is extremely light?

Update - Mine has come on proper now after taking a hot bath. So weird though, I never spotted before. Usually just instant blood lol.
