Symptoms during the 2ww

I have been pregnant before and I can't even remember because we weren't ttc! Do you get any symptoms during the 2 week wait? I've been getting cramps but that's about it. Is it too early to be really feeling anything yet? I'm just under a week past ovulation. I'm driving myself mad!

Hi, I got my BFP on Friday and these were my symptoms;
Just after ovulation I had tightenings in my lower pelvis, very much like Braxton Hicks for anyone who has had a child previously. This went on for a few days. Then at 6dpo I had (TMI) terrible diarrhoea which seems to be quite common around the time of implantation. The only other thing so far is sore boobs, but not like normal AF sore boobs, kind of full feeling especially at the sides.

I've been getting lots of cramps and a "fullness" like you described. Sorry if this is TMI but I think I have thrush as well. I googled this and a lot of women have this before they get their BFP due to the hormonal changes. My boobs aren't sore though. I'm about 10 days away from testing yet!

Yes you do get symptoms during the tww but they are not pregnancy-related. They are hormonal (although annoyingly mimic pregnancy symptoms) you don’t get true pregnancy symptoms until you’re around 4-5 weeks pregnant. While ttc, you’ll get some months when you have every “symptom” under the sun, some months you’ll have none, some months you’ll have symptoms you’ve never had before. People who say they had symptoms during the tww and turned out to be pregnant, would had had those symptoms regardless of whether they were pregnant or not. I’ve been pregnant twice and both times, I knew I was pregnant because my boobs were very sore. Never had that any other time (both were unplanned pregnancies) I was about a month pregnant both times I noticed the sore boobs. I’ve now been ttc for 13 months and every now and again, I get sore boobs in the tww but I’ve not been pregnant the whole time I’ve been ttc. It’s best to ignore any symptoms you have during the tww. It’ll only drive you mad. Good luck

For me it's alway increase CM - happened every time. Feels like your periods starting but nothing's there. Five pregnancies, always the same at 3-4 weeks.
