anyone had a p test look like this?

I’ve done a pregnancy test and it’s came back as negative... but does anyone know what the outer small red lines mean please? P.s I took this pic 5 mins after doing the test.. still there now.

It just means the test was flooded. Nothing nore meaningful I'm afraid.
