It's been almost 7 weeks since my d&c after a miscarriage. Continued to have unprotected sex and so on after, still no period and negative tests (had a faint pos on frer but doctor BT ruled negative) I can't track my cycle as I haven't had AF still!! Anyone know how long it can be until AF returns and if there is any chance of me getting Pg without? 😩😩

I think mine came back around 5-6 weeks after the miscarriage. And yes it is possible to fall pregnant ahead of your next period - depends when you ovulate. Good luck and sorry for your miscarriage.

@WelshMammy123 I'm so anxious because I've had no sign of AF coming, I've had many symptoms which i had in my previous pregnancy which is why I was so convinced I was pregnant again but since the doctors said my BT was negative, I'm obviously not. I don't even know when I would of ovulated either as I haven't been able to properly track my cycle. Ahhh
