Period pains 1dpo

Has anyone experienced strong ish period pains one day after ovulation? I haven't had this before and wondering what it is.

I'm 3dpo and having the same. I've done a bit of reading about it and it could apparently be irritation from blood or bruising from a ruptured wall. I found this link helpful:

I had this too and i found research that suggested its the fallopian tubes contracting as it pushes the egg towards the uterus. Perfectly normal

Yes I've had that this month. I felt it significantly on the right side at around 2-4 dpo. It's gone now though.
