Contraceptive Depo injection

My parter and I have decided that when my injection runs out (10/01/18) we are going to start trying for a baby. I have started to take pregnacare conception tablets.
I am trying to gain knowledge of other people’s experience after coming off the injection and falling pregnant. Anything that can help to fall pregnant or increase your fertile state?

When I came off the depo it wasn’t to get pregnant, but it did take 18 months or so for my periods to return to normal. I didn’t get any sign of a period at all for almost a year after I stopped the injection and then I just got spotting for a few months before they started properly.

I came off the depo a year ago this month to TTC. Started taking folic acid. My periods took around 6 months to come back. We're still TTC now. Haven't had even a sniff of a positive test. Everyone's different though. Some women can fall pregnant months after coming off the depo, some women it can take years. Good luck!

My depo ran out last July. Af returned in October and was quite regular (had one very short cycle)

Conceived in June and DC1 is due April.

I came off the injection after ten years, my periods returned to normal straight away and fell pregnant within a couple of months. The doctor did tell me it would probably take a year for periods to get back to normal.

I was on the depo for 2+ Years. AF took around 1.5yrs to return and now my cycles are irregular.
Cycle#1 of TTC for me, I’ve started taking the Seven Seas Folic Acid in hope of regulating + getting a BFP - everyone’s different! FX for you!

I know! Unfortunately I have seen more 'negative and slow' responses throughout many feeds than positives to the Depo injection! I know that it will happen when it happens but you can't help but want it now! As I'm sure everyone does! But the not knowing how long it will take is the hardest part I think!

These Folic Acid really seem to have regulated things for me - I've noticed a huge difference since taking them! Might be worth having a look into?
