Help with clear blue ovulation tests

Hi everyone
Myself and my partner are TCC after stopping the pill. My first proper period started 12 days ago and I bought some of the clear blue ovulation digital tests. Tested yesterday and the day before and got a negative, but then this morning got a solid smiley. Has anyone had any experience of using these? I had thought you'd get several days of flashing smilies before and now worried that something might be up as I'm not too sure what to expect!

Hi, I'm using the advanced clearblue monitor which i think is much the same but it gives you Low, High or Peak instead of the smiley faces. I think the flashing smiley/High is when Estrogen is detected then the static smiley/Peak is when LH is detected. It's very possible for the monitor the miss either surge. But also i think the 1st month of using it, it's getting used to your cycles so i wouldn't read too much into it at this stage.

Thank you! Trying not to over think too much as it's early days
