So last night I got a random sharp twinge in my lower abdomen.
An hour ish later I went to the toilet and wiped and had a small amount of pink spotting.
I’m now 9dpo today. Woke up with the worst back pain. No spotting.
Could this pain and spotting have been implantation?
If so when should I test?
