Hi

I don’t know if this needs moving to the infertility thread.. but anyway..

History: off contraception 3 years, regular intercourse, have endometriosis and not PCOS but do have longish and odd cycles. Never seen a positive pregnancy test, 26 years old and alarm bells ringing.

Fertility doctor has tried Clomid, 3 rounds 50mg, 3 rounds 100mg, low progesterone each time.
On my 4th round of Femara 7.5mg. My last progesterone test was 19.5 nmol/l and tiny follicles...which signified a crappy medicated cycle (5mg) and an early period!

Where do I go from here if this one fails? I’m trying to think of sensible options and questions to fire at the fertility doctor next time I go. Surely I can’t keep taking these meds indefinitely?

They might suggest moving to IVF. But yes, the infertility board might be more use or go into the Fertility Friends website where there are many knowledgeable ladies who have been through all sorts.
