I have had my smiley face ovulation face for last 4 days and also little bit of bleeding...still smiley face however.
I've had difficulty conceiving and had a MC in September.
I have a 10k race to do on Saturday and now not sure it's the right thing to do?! Everything seems like a bad idea when trying to conceive and hold on to pregnancy.
Has anyone any advice?

Definitely do your race. There's no need to change your exercise habits even in early pregnancy.

Why would a run be in any way a bad idea? The embryo can't be "shaken out" of you. Being fit can only help you conceive, unless you're working out so hard your periods stop.

Thanks for advice, I am aware I can't "shake it out of me" my concern is pushing my body on the day highlighted as most fertile.
Extra careful after MC I guess.

Definitely do it. No reason not to.
