I am assuming my peak day was yesterday... either side is very muted in colour. This is the first time I have used them. Any advice or insight would be helpful from somebody with more experience. Thanks

It does look that way. Did you take them at the same time each day?

@BLM18 I did and I took extras at lunch too, just to make sure. I've not put them in the picture. Thank you for your help.
