So I read that baby aspirin (75mg) can help implantation and thought I'd give it a go this cycle.
For the first time I had a positive opk but no rise in bbt - could the aspirin have stopped me ovulating?
If anyone else has done this and mucked up their cycles - how long after stopping it did it get back to normal!?
