Hi,

I have a question about OPK’s and what the rules are. I got a positive yesterday CD11 but today have super bad cramps. When you get a positive is that the moment you ovulate and after that there’s no point in ttc that month or could it be over two days?

A positive opk means you are preparing to ovulate and it will happen in the next 48 hours
