Hi. So I took a faint line test Sunday and we weren’t sure if I was pregnant or not so took a clearblie digital that afternoon and it said 1-2 weeks pregnant. We had a spare test left

Pressed too soon! Spare test left so decided just to check a moment ago and it said ‘not pregnant’ am I pregnant or not, my period still hasn’t come but now I’m worried that something has happened or I’m just not pregnant, but confused how the test on Sunday said I am. Advice please!?

if you are very early then your wee was probably too dilute to pick up the hcg.

False positives are incredibly rare and false negatives more common.

If you're early on in your pregnancy, it is likely just that digital tests require higher levels of HCG in your urine than other tests, and if you didn't use FMU, your urine may have just been too dilute for the test to pick up the hormone levels.

I'd recommend getting a FRER test (or any other pink dye test except Superdrug) and testing using that and FMU.

In saying all that, if you've had a positive digital test and the result came up in the appropriate timeframe, then it's very very likely that you're pregnant. Congratulations! Thanks
