How long after implementation before you get a bfp?

I either am getting af early, or I had an implantation bleed yesterday.

I just did a fr but it was negative . Is there any hope for a bfp?

It took my seven days this time (no bleed, but a dip in body temp), in past pregnancies it’s been slightly earlier.

So Im not out yet then? It’s so stressful not knowing if it’s af on its way!

Nope, you're not out, it can take even longer. I'm almost certain I implanted on 6dpo this cycle but didn't get a bfp until 11dpo.

@Sparkles how many dpo are you now and when is af due?

Sounds very early to test, Sparkle! When are you expecting AF? In total, I was 14 dpo for a BFP. If you google it it suggests that there’s huge variation between women, some get a + very soon after implantation, some not til 10 days later.

And when is af due?? 8dpo is very very early, even with an early response, so I would leave it as late as possible.

I'm actually worried now that it wasn't implantation but that I made myself bleed when I was checking my cervix

It could have been @Sparklesdontshine or could have been ovulation bleed which I've had before happens a couple days after ovulation. If you've ovulated later this month it's best to wait a little longer to test

I'm sure my implantation bleed was on the Friday and I got my BFP on the Sunday FMU.

FX you get you BFP in the next couple of days.
