Working out during the tww

Is anyone else exercising during the tww? I regularly exercise anyway but I had an early MC in September & went spinning/lifted weights etc during that tww.

I know it was more than likely unrelated but it's making me nervous to workout!

I'm currently 3dpo

I didn't stop doing anything in the 2ww...ttc can take years and you can't put your life on hold.

Of course you can. How could women ever have got pregnant if moving around and staying healthy and fit interfered with the process?

There is virtually nothing that can be done to stop a healthy pregnancy implanting and growing, and generally nothing that can save one that is going to fail. Stay healthy physically and mentally, enjoy life - unless and until you have a history that requires intervention, the rest is out of your hands.
