Agnus Castus...?

Hello.

Has anyone taken agnus castus? Did it help?

I’m taking femara at moment, just wondering if I can take agnus castus at the same time? I’m willing to try anything before a referral for IVF....!

Have you tried pre-seed? That gets great reviews.
I have taken Angus castus but it can mess your cycles up if they’re already regular and can also delay ovulation.

My cycles are all over the place despite the fertility meds... it is usually 33 days long, however this month AF is 5 days early and I ovulated on day 19 so shorter luteal phase this month too..

I have taken AC and successfully reduced my cycle length and got it kind of regular.
AC and pre-seed are for different things, I used them both. My problem was my long cycles and not enough cm. So I ob top of AC I started taking primrose oil capsules which increased my fertile cm and to be on the save side I used pre-seed/conceive plus. Not sure if this actually helped but I got pregnant first cycle with all of this. In my opinion def worth a try!
