Hello TTCers,

Last time we were TTC I was much fitter and had a better diet. We conceived first month.

This time round I've had two consecutive chemical pregnancies so I'm wondering if it's partly because of my general health (and of course the fact I'm nearly three years older).

Has anyone had success following a particular diet or using supplements? I'm planning to use preseed this month and cut down on alcohol (I don't drink loads but have a couple of glasses 3ish times a week so it all adds up).

Any other advice would be great! I know it's early days so it may just be a case of playing the waiting game.

Thanks Flowers

I can't advise because I haven't been pregnant yet but I've heard a few people who have fallen pregnant after losing some weight, but i wonder whether that's due to the weight loss or just because they were eating better and exercising.

Thanks Merrz. I've heard the same. I have mild pcos that is generally under control but always a bit better when I'm a bit lighter so maybe that's the goal.
