Lower abdominal pain?!

Hi ladies, I've just BD'd with my husband after positive OPK's today, during sex and now afterwards I have an aching cramp-like feeling in the lower left hand side of my abdomen. Has anyone else experienced this and any idea why? I've never felt this before!

I’ve had this before. Sometimes my cervix takes a bit of a beating and it gives me a crampy ache in my lower abdomen

Could be ovulation pain. I get it every month.

I get this monthly and it’s ovulation pain. Can last a few hours and come and go during the day.

Thank you everyone! It's only my second cycle since stopping the pill so it's a new sensation! :)
