Hi, so my implant ran out a almost a month ago. Due to the fact there's such a waiting list I haven't yet had it taken out. Me & my partner have had unprotected sex a fair few times, most of the time we've used the withdrawal method but we know that's not overly reliable and there could have been moments where it didn't work.
I've now got 2 weeks until it gets removed and as yet haven't had a period. Is this because it's still in? I know I'll need to test before I have it done but I'm not sure when.
