Soy Isoflavones - shorter cycles

Hello all,

I have a question on Soy Isoflavones.

I don't have a problem ovulating but I do ovulate fairly early - normally on cd11 but more recently cd10. I have been ttc for 18 months and I'm trying to ensure the egg is mature on ovulation.

Does anyone know when I should take SI for this? I have tried this month as follows:

cd3-4 - 100mg
cd5-6 - 150mg
cd7 - 200mg

The advice is cd5-9 to delay ov but as I ov so early, does this still apply to me?

Thank you.
