Seriously sore tummy

I am POD 11 and for the last 2 days I have been having really bad stomach cramps. Not the normal period pain ache but something alot stronger, more of a 'need the loo badly' feeling (although I don't need to go when I try!).

I am waiting (or trying too!) until Sat to test, as I don't really want to test too early to get a reliable result but I was wondering if anyone else has had this when ttc?

Runtus, does POD mean Post Ovulation Date or Period Overdue, if the latter, please test, don't wait while Saturday.

I had very bad cramps that kept me up all night one night - so bad that I rang NHS direct.

Was 5.5weeks pregnant and sent for an early scan that confirmed all was well. Still don't know what it was, but have a beautiful 2yo DD now.
