Am I going mad?

I came off the pill about 3 months ago and no period returned. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting periods type pains low in abdomen. Today I squeezed nipples and creamy fluid came out. Could I be pregnant or do i need to see a GP for something else? We haven't been ttc btw.

I'd do a test just to check.

Yes I thin I'll test in the morning but thought if someone could suggest another reason for these symptoms I wouldn't have to. I'd be over the moon to be pregnant but totally shocked as well.

do a test, but also have you recently had a child/been BF? I only ask cos I stopped BF end of november and even now if I squeeze ahem then the milk is still ther.

Stopped bf 3.6 yrs ago now so it's a surprise.
