Really achy legs after ovulation?

Does anyone else have really aching legs a few days after ov? For some reason, I have terrible 'growing pains' in my knees and shins. Anyone else? I haven't had this pain for years, it's reminding me of being at school 😂

Yes I have actually had this before along with lower back pain! I wasn't sure if it was post ovulation related or not and I just brushed it aside so I'm with you there!

Weird, isn't it? It's really hurting.

Well I'm tracking symptoms as much as i can this month to compare to last month so that I have something to go by. Looking back to last month it was the same so could be either hormone or obviously pregnancy hopefully the later though! Just out of interest how talk are you? I'm 5"1 and slightly curvy I wonder if that has any relevance because when I had growing pains I was always told it was because I was small

I'm 5ft 4in and never ever have these pains normally. I'm a primary school teacher so i soend all day on my feet and it doesn't usually bother me.

Might this be vit D related? Probably not but it sounds like exactly the type of pains I get when I don't take my supplements.

Thank you for mentioning that, will check it out just in case
