I miscarried at 9 weeks, because it was a missed miscarriage i had to have an ERPC done. That was 6th October, it's just over 6 weeks. Today i woke up with strange little pains, i can't really call them cramps. I'm not sure if this is a period, there hasn't been enough to even fill a pantyliner and it's mainly brown and literally spots. I didn't used to spot pre-period before the ERPC so I am a bit confused. I also didn't have implantation bleeding in my last pregnancy so I'm quite confused. Has anyone had this following ERPC?
