Welcome all anti-fertile fuckers! This is our clique for those trying longer than 6 cycles and are pretty fed up.

Here are our Fucked Off TTC Commandments

• Thou shall not arrive one day and post BFP next day
• Thou shall not give advice to other when TTC for one month only
• Thou shall not participate in one-up-manship and realise TTC is shit for everyone in different ways
• Thou shall allow posters to be fucked off with the world and everything in it at regular points in the month
• Thou shall not be offended by strong language
• Thou shall not tell everyone to eat yams
• Thou shall accept being called a muppet for testing at 7dpo at 9pm at night

Cycle 19. You'd think I'd know better by now.

I can’t @si1ver I just can’t poas anymore and feel like a failure again. Totally deluding myself I’ll have an xmas miracle. I didn’t dtd during ov so cant be pg but still.... idiot.

Honestly @LexieJean that's exactly where I was pre MC. My BFP was the first stick I'd peed on in over a year.

I seem to have lost all sense of perspective and equanimity since then.

AF due today, had one of those shitty BFP dreams which leave you feeling awful in the morning because it isn’t true.

I’ve got my Ultrasound/Trans ultrasound on Friday and I just know that I’ll be mid AF by then. I’d rebook but it would be another 6 week wait and I’d rather just get it out of the sodding way.

I'm 9dpo and the insanity is starting. I need your help to not test till Friday (Thursday at the earliest). It would be stressful to be 6wks pregnant at Christmas but of course I keep hoping anyway. Another failed cycle just would convince me even more that it will never happen.

We are getting blood results (progesterone, thyroid and the works ) on Wednesday at the GP, at the same time as DH SA results.

Let's sit on our hands together @TheGrumpySquirrel.

I do need to test Friday.

@Si1ver and @TheGrumpySquirrel, I'm due af same time as you guys! I don't usually poas but will on Thursday because it's DH's birthday and it would be an amazing present after our mc. But I don't expect it to be a bfp, I don't feel how I think I felt when I got my bfp.

Turns out the GP booked two referrals by mistake - so we're going next week! Eek. I sort of feel weirdly excited - I think because this is the closest I can get to progress...

Well I'm having a weird cycle... I'm on CD13 and I've had a few twinges in my left hand side and today I've got EWCM. This might seem completely normal to most people, but I don't normally ovulate until at least CD18 so I have no idea what's going on! Now I'm going to just have to assume that I've entered FW early (perhaps) or my body has no idea what it's supposed to be doing anymore! Do you think it could be because I had a really long cycle last month and if I'd come on as normal I'd be about CD18? (oh I know that's not true but I've just no idea what's going on anymore!!)

@LexieJean it wouldn't be the first immaculate conception at Christmas 🤣

FW starts today, DH has been made aware of the DTD schedule. OPK's at the ready! BFP would be NYE and DH's Birthday (gets hopes up again).

@sooz @si1ver @grumpy I too could poas Friday but that seems like a waste of a tenner- am seriously pissed off today and convinced it’s PMS and not just that I hate my job (although that’s true!).

Off to my referral tomorrow, I’m not sure what to expect. I assume they won’t carry out any tests but I have no idea. Feeling v nervous. Makes it so real that I can not conceive.

@DoAsDreamersDo Snap. I'm with you today. Apparently its my FW this week and have EWCM today. Also had twinges on LHS yesterday. Hubby is in London today and not due back til midnight.
I'll jump on him when he gets in.....
I've done an OPK over lunch today but it was negative, not sure if I should have waited until later in the day though.

@LexieJean, god luck. You never know, they could find out something that's really easy to deal with and you'll be in business! I know how nerve-wracking it must be though.

I had to give myself a stern talking to this morning, because I'm seeing this first cycle after my mc as some kind of fertility treatment or something, where I'm guaranteed a bfp. Really need to stay grounded, the chances are still 20% and if it took me 21 cycles to get to that then it could do again. I hate having so much hope! It was far better before my mc, I'd kind of given up.

You'd think on a snow day from school I'd be happier!!

My AF is due Saturday but I know a FRER will tell the truth from Thursday if not earlier.
I'm feeling queasy and have that too full / carsick feeling like I did when pregnant, but I'm worried that I'm either imagining it or it's just because I'm tired. But I did get the same off feeling last night after a glass of prosecco.

Suddenly nervous that it might be a BFP. I've decided that Wednesday morning POAS might be justified as I'm expected to drink that night. Also meant to be drinking tonight but trying to keep it to a minimum just in case...

@CRZ1988 welcome!! have you done another OPK?

Sooz I normally don't get EWCm until after I've OV'd so it's thrown me a bit this month !! I'll see if I get it again at the weekend (I've stopped temping for a couple of months so I've no idea when I'm OV'd now!) Maybe the healthy diet is working and it's helping me along a bit

si1ver haha I think we’ve all been there!

Not ttc “officially” this month. Randomly got ewcm this morning despite not having it since ttc last year and seeing as I’m around cd14/15 I figured I must be ovulating (cm hasn’t been fertile that I’ve noticed other than that) only for it to be back to non fertile this afternoon. And my cycles have been all over the place the last few months and the one month I could have done with ovulating late/early as to avoid af starting on Christmas Day, it seems I’ve actually ovulated bang on time. Christmas dinner with unbearable cramps is going to be fun!

@DoAsDreamersDo I haven't no as I'm at work and dont have a suitable receptacle and I know if I take my mug into the bathroom I'll get caught either going in or out!

I've been on BCP for 13 years and so have never tracked my cycles before so this is all new to me! Feeling v bloated today and its making me fed up, I've got a Christmas cake to bake this evening and I know I wont be bothered when it comes to it....

Welcome, @CRZ1988! It's always good to see another person who's pissed off with ttc and fertile feckers! How long have you been trying? It's a good idea to track your cycles; if I didn't know when I was ov'ing I'd go crazy!

@SoozC this is actually our first cycle (sorry) since I came off my BCP in mid Nov.

I have a sister who's two year younger than me with three bubbas (7,4 and one week old) all unplanned. I love them all to pieces but Yano, my turn soon.

DH and I thought we didn't want kids but after some soul searching and realising that this is down to my relationship with my mother (narcissistic woman with her only joy being one up man ship and tearing me down) that we decided I'd get some help and we'd move forward. Now it's all I can think about.

Just done another OPK and there was a line this time but it's still not dark enough. After reading another thread I've bought some mucus cough mixture and I've taken delivery of the pre-seed lubricant to help things along.

Just a thought bubble but sex can seriously mess with cervical fluid. It may just be that you actually have it every month, but the seminal fluid gets all mixed up in it, making it hard to tell

Possibly nimble I get lots of watery cm during my fw but it’s never stretchy. I had loads of stretchy cm this morning and by 1pm it was creamy. Not had sex since Saturday. Ah Who knows, I’m starting to come to terms with the fact that I will never understand what my body is doing or why it’s doing it lol
