Hoping you lovely lot can help me understand what's going on!
Thursday I woke up feeling nausea with sharp pains that come and go on my right side of my stomach, and I've lost my appetite. Friday the diarrhoea started. This has continued on and got to the point where I've considered going to a&e today as the pain was so bad at one point, thankfully it has calmed now.
I apparently ovulated Sunday or Monday depending what app I look at. Trying to work out if I'm just sick or early pregnancy signs but surely it's way to early for them!!
Please help I don't want to waste a doctors time over a bug but I really feel awful.
