Need line eyes but don't know how to add pics?

I've been trying to find a way to post a pic of my test for people to scrutinize for me haha, but I'm on the mobile site (not the app it keeps making my phone shut down and restart!) And even when I switch to the desktop site I can't see a way to add a pic from my phone's gallery. Any assistance greatly appreciated! X

Use thr paper clip icon to the left of the preview button below

That's so weird, I can see the smiley and the italic sign, but I don't have a paperclip circle! :S guess I can't put a pic up. :( Thanks for the advice anyway x
