Strange results

I'm new to this so excuse me not using the correct abbreviations for now please! Basically, we are ttc our third baby.... we've used clear blue tests to help us conceive both our son and our daughter but I've had some weird results this month. I tested on day 9 and got a flashing face, same on day 10. Solid face on day 11 (we dtd on day 9 and 11) which then turned to an empty circle. I randomly tested again on day 14 and got a flashing face again! Day 15 and I'm still getting a flashing face. I don't understand! Can anyone shed any light? Thankyou! X

When did it turn to an empty circle? Once you get a static smilie it stays on the stick for 48 hours. I’d say you ovulated in that 48 hours. However it’s earlier than normal wether you would actually have a mature egg at CD11 is questionable. Just keep having sex regularly.

How old is your ovulation kit?
Mine started doing this. I went out and bought a new one. This is four years ago, mind but I remember this happening (I'd had my CB ovulation kit for a while). Didn't happen with the new kit.

Empty circle came on day 12/13 I don't remember. Either late on 12 or early 13. I thought it was early to ovulate too!! x

It was a new kit but I've decided to buy another as my results seem really odd!! x

If you got a solid face on day 11 you stop testing. There’s no need to test again that cycle. You probably had a false reading as the device resets itself after a solid.
