So two weeks ago I misscarried at 7 weeks, everything passed through naturally and the bleeding lasted around a week, me and my boyfriend are obviously devastated and want another baby ASAP. We’ve had sex about 4 times this week, just wondering if it’s even possible to conceive before first period after MC? If so has anyone else done this?? Thanks x

Sorry for you loss. My MC was very similar to yours.

It definitely is possible to conceive before you get your first period and there are people on here who that has been the case for. However it might take some time for your body and hormones to get back to normal. For me it took a 6 weeks to get back to normal.

Sounds like you're giving yourself as good a chance as possible though.
