Counting CD after the pill???

Can anyone help...

I stopped the pill on 19th October, I had a microscopic smidge of brown sludge on 25th oct (literally only when I wiped once, but we'll call this my "withdrawal bleed".)

My natural period has arrived today.

Was it a 22 day cycle (based on 25th oct)?
Or was it a 28 day cycle (from last pill)?

I started my first cycle on the first day of withdrawal bleed as they say on average a woman can have her period a month after her withdrawal bleed- which for me was correct.

So id say 22 days

Even though I mean literally a brown stain a quarter of a 5p coin?

Maybe you didn’t have a withdrawal bleed. Or this is your withdrawal bleed but late. I think I’ve read that some people don’t have withdrawal bleeds at all and it hasn’t effected their fertility. As long as your period comes monthly from now on then you should be getting back to normal.

In your situation, I wouldn’t trust the cycle length, I’d keep note of it but expect my next period to come at any time as it’s not a definitely time period between 2 cycles
