How reliable?

Anybody had a false good result from them?

Recommended???

I haven't tried them and am no expert, but am I right in thinking they only measure levels of sperm, but don't give any indication of motility, whether sperm are deformed etc? If so, then it seems to me that they could not give a proper indication of fertility and you would need to get a test through a doctor or a clinic.
